Disclosed rate assumes a rate and term, full-doc, conventional refinance of an owner-occupied single-family residence in Washington with a loan amount of $400,000, minimum 740 FICO score, and 60% loan to value with no subordinate debt. If these factors are not met, you may still qualify for a loan but higher interest rates and closing costs may apply. Not all applicants will be approved. Advertised rate and APR are subject to change without notice. By refinancing the existing loan, the total finance charges may be higher over the life of the loan. Subject to underwriting approval. 1% FLAT FEE OPTION
If applicable, UniSave Home Loans, LLC will secure a lender credit to cover the following closing costs on behalf of the Borrower: appraisal fees, credit report fees, flood certification fees, escrow/closing fees, notary fees, title insurance fees (lenders policy and endorsements). The Borrower is responsible for paying a 1% Broker Fee plus prepaid interest, property taxes, state mortgage/transfer taxes, all types of insurance, existing lender payoff fees, survey fees, inspection fees and discount points if applicable. Minimum loan amount is $250,000.
